1. Packaging quite bad. Inner white lid is too tight to be open. The outer grey lid easily deforms making it a struggle to open/close the jar.
2. I have ordered many times (up to a total of 20 jars to this date), but my recent purchase, the chocolate had tiny bubbles/bumps especially on the lid & near the inner wall of the jar. Not sure if the products were old stocks. I hope with my review you can investigate further whether the chocolate is safe to be eaten if the bumps had exist. Because there’s no expiry date, so I’m not sure if it’s still edible.
3. I really enjoy the taste, just sometimes the other experiences with the jar/chocolate texture upset me a little. Making me hesitant to reorder. Hope you will improve these aspects so I can continue enjoy the good taste of your products.
